Privacy policy
We only collect what we need to reply to you and help your business. We never sell your information.

What we collect
- Free website check: the website address you enter, and the results of the check.
- Report requests and enquiries: your name, WhatsApp number and anything you choose to tell us.
- Messages: what you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Missed-enquiries calculator: nothing. It runs entirely in your browser and your numbers are not sent to us.
- AI visibility check (when available): the business name, type and city you enter.
How we use it
- To reply to you and send the report or information you asked for
- To prepare proposals and deliver work you hire us for
- To protect our tools from misuse, for example by limiting how often they can be used
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to mailing lists without asking.
Services that help us run the site
- Website hosting: HostGator stores the website and the information you submit through it.
- AI processing: the AI visibility check sends the business details you enter to Anthropic, the provider of the Claude AI models, to generate the result.
- Fonts: Google Fonts delivers the typefaces on this site, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
- Messaging: if you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies.
Cookies
This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to two years after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case we keep project records as long as needed for the work and our legal obligations. Website check results are kept for up to twelve months.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Just email hello@frontagedigitalai.com or message us on WhatsApp, and we'll respond within 30 days.

We'll update this page if anything changes, and show the new date at the top.
